Return & Refund Policy

At Ambitious London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition, and has all tags and original packaging intact. Items must be free from stains, odours, or damage.

For hygiene reasons, certain products are non-returnable. These include underwear, socks, and bodysuits where hygiene seals are broken.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@ambitiouslondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return form to include with your package. Items must be securely packaged and returned to the address provided in our response. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, such as Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery, to ensure safe return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 working days and issued to the original payment method used. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our website.

For international returns, please contact us first at contact@ambitiouslondon.com. Clearly mark your parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid import duties. International customers are responsible for return shipping and any related customs fees.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us right away with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
